Former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has refuted claims of a possible move to Benfica, insisting that a move to his homeland is not a part of his plans at the moment.

Following reports of a potential move for Mourinho to his former employers Benfica, the 55 year old has revealed he has no plans of returning to Portugal.
He confirmed he received an offer from the Portuguese club but could not accept, not for any personal reasons.
Real Madrid have also been linked with a move for Jose Mourinho as the Spanish giants see the Portuguese as the man to turn their fortunes around following a disappointing 2018/2019 season.
